Long Beach, British Columbia, Canada
Contained within the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, Long Beach is exactly how it sounds -- a 5.5 km-long Pacific Ocean-facing beach. The waters here are cold, and it's not an easy trip from the east side of Vancouver Island, so it's not exactly full of sunbathers.
