One Thousand Words: Photos by Geoff Sowrey

Williams Lake, British Columbia, Canada

Tucked away in the mountains, a few kilometres east of the Fraser River, not quite halfway from Prince George and Vancouver, is the town of Williams Lake. A resource town, for there is little else for the settler community to achieve from this land, it supports two massive sawmills for the intensive lumber industry.
