Former Hornepayne Train Station
First erected in 1913 by Canadian National's predecessor, Canadian Northern, this one-elegant station house was a significant point on the transcontinental trains for a stopover and rest, as well as connecting with other Northern Ontario communities. After languishing unmaintained for decades, CN demolished the building in 2020.
