Dorothy Grain Elevator

Dorothy Grain Elevator

The CP Rosemary subdivision (from its eponymous start, connecting with the also-abanded CP Empress subdivision, to East Coulee, where it met with the CP Landon sub) is long gone, nearly all traces erased, save for a few reminders, such as the lonely elevator at the near-ghost hamlet of Dorothy, about 40 km from Drumheller. A storm in 2015 tore off its roof, and bracing has been added to keep the top upright. Unless it receives significant upkeep, the elevator is soon to be a ghost, itself.
