Passing the White Pass

Passing the White Pass

Although nothing more than a tourist railway these days, the White Pass and Yukon Route runs trains very frequently. There are two journeys: the 3 hour ride to Divide and back (which we did), and an 8 hour excursion to Carcross, YT. Here, we're passing #3001, an NRE E3000CC-DC, painted in WP&YR's classic yellow and green livery, as it heads up to Divide.
