This apparently was a hush-hush moment in Newtownards, though I can't see how it could be a "don't talk about it" think when the point of the parade is to be loud. This is part of the Ulster Protestant culture, celebrating William of Orange (William III of England, Ireland, and Scotland)'s defeat of James II (and VI), who was Catholic.
