Northern Cat-Eyed Snake
There's 150 species of snakes in Costa Rica and it's really hard to pin some of them down. It took a fair bit of searching and keywords to give me Leptodeira septentrionalis. I can't say for sure that's correct (I am not herpetologist), so if you know otherwise, please say so!
