Backing on to the Grand in Elora

While Elora, Ontario is famous for its Inn, the town still carries considerable charm on its own. Part of it is the English-style approach to building directly on the shore of the river, giving the buildings the appearance of growing right out of the reeds. Newer constructions, such as a pedestrian bridge and condos show that despite Elora's distance from a major centre, it is a highly desireable place to live.
